The full Help Center & FAQ answers 30+ questions about data, AI signals, plans, alerts and the app. The most common ones:
- How fresh is the data? New filings are imported several times a day; most appear within hours of publication by Congress.
- Why can't I see trades older than 30 days? That is the Free plan window. Pro unlocks the full history since 2014.
- How do alerts work? Connect Telegram, add a WhatsApp number or email in Settings; Pro members receive new filings that match their watchlist and new AI signals.
- Can I cancel? Yes — email us before your renewal date; you keep Pro until the end of the paid year. 14-day refund on first purchase (see Terms).
